Default Starting problem

ok I got a 2000 MB E320 I took the car for a car wash on the way home the car completely shut off like the fuel pump went out so I replaced the fuel pump and the fuel filter and still no start so I checked the fuel pressure and I’m not getting any pressure so I went to the dealership and they told me it could be the relay so replaced the relay and still no start so I went back to the dealership and they said it could be the crankshaft sensor or the camshaft sensor so I replace both so the car cranks but no start they told me to check the k40 relay block I checked everything and still no start and still not getting fuel pressure at all. Can anybody please give me some advice.

Hello and welcome to the forum! When you took it to the dealer, did they do any sort of diagnostic and pull the codes? I'm guessing that you had a check engine light at some point? If so, you need to have the codes pulled. This way you'll have a definitive answer instead of replacing many parts that may not necessarily address the fault.
