Purchase of MB S600 or S500 Designo Edition
 

I am a new member. I own a 320e 4 matic wagon. I want to purchase an S600 or S500. Do I purchase an old 2002 model or a 2006 model. Can I hear opinions of members? Thanks in advance.

well you need to talk to your local shop and I will be willing to bet you don't want to get the v-12 as it's a pain to fix.. but it's up to you..

S600 go for it
 

IMO I would go for the post 2006 S600, newer face, better overall quality after 2006 and now very cheap at $18-24K depending on miles. Try for under 50K miles. Don't be afraid of V8 or V12, both great engines. Just do a PrePurchase Review. Good Luck!
