there is amp in the rear left side inside the trunk but no CD changer.

oh so i'll check the trunk for the amp, no i do have cd changer its sittin bolted down in my trunk it even says mercedes benz on it like my deck

yes. it is retrofit. but didn't came with the car from factory.

it is the same quality.
