Hello everyone. I received a 240D as a gift recently. It runs really well. I was just wondering if anyone knows where the fuse box is.... sounds kind of silly, but i can't seem to find it. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

 

On the engine firewall, driver's side, there is a cover that has 2 large ***** on it. Turn the ***** counter clockwise to remove the cover. Underneath are the majority of the fuses. Often there is a printed sheet inside the cover depicting the function of the fuse and its' amperage rating. Fuses are color coded for correct amperage. These are European style fuses and are not like any of the normal fuses used on old or new American cars. I strongly suggest picking up a set or 2 of these fuses from most any Car Parts store and keeping them in your glove compartment.
