New Member in chi town

Hello

First time owning a MB, its a 1979 450sel grey runs very will. Did a search on google and found this forum.One problem tho for the techs my break light and signal are out. Replaced all the bulbs and still no signal lights or break lights.Also the fuel needle stopped working on the dash are these two problems related in the fuse box? Also where is the fuse box.And can you recommend any manuals.
