Learn the little things about the car and if u dont know answer off the top of ur head offer to look it up but never lie. I go to dealerships knowing the answers to every question i ask almost to see it i can catch a salesman in a lie sadly i do sometimes it not only looks bad on them but also the dealership for hiring them the best way to avoid this is learn every possible fact u can at least about the major selling cars c-class, e-class, m-class and s-class if they are rare models the customer will understand if u dont know cause u have less contact with those models but if someone asks u the horsepower on a E500 u better know it.

 

oh yes. i don't lie. if i don't know the answer, i say it right out. but the hp to E500 is 302 with 339 lb of torgue, correct?

 

please help, my 2000 s430 won't start, my smartkey won't turn, the steering wheel will not come down the car acts like its in the disable mode i tried checking fuse that did not help, the steering wheel will go up as if I'm leaving the car but thats as far as it will go, normally when i get in the carput the smartkey in the steering wheel moves to the downward position and i can start the car now nothing help
