Just purchased a 1992 190E for my wife. Very good condition for 125K , could use some tires and brakes ( slight shudder ). The most pressing problem to me is hesitation off the line. It has a very smooth running 2.6 other than the stumble. Car drives and handles fantastic , hope she likes it because it is a surprise gift for her tonight! This is my first Mercedes but it should not be , a family friend had a 1960 SL convertible with no muffler -that would have been my first ( and maybe last!) car if he had only told us he was going to be selling it. That was over 20 years ago and I'm still not over it.<IMG src=smileys/smiley19.gif border="0">
