I came across this website and I was impressed with the helpfulness of its members towards members who are asking for advice. It is not like other forums where some people like to blast you. Anyway, I have a 1992 300E 124 body style and 103 engine type.

I recently had a problem with the blower motor and was able to get some insights on troubleshooting from the forum sight. I got it fixed now after removing the wiper assy, blower motor, regulator, dashboard, and ac switch board. Checked all the fuses and continuities and everything looked fine. I was getting desperate and finally I found a fusible link if that is what you call it, right next to the hood switch. I opened up the cover and the link was melted. I do not know the amp rating of this link since it is not in the drawing. I jumped it and it worked fine. I want to replace it with the right stuff before I get some more electrical problems.
