New to forum with new '03 C240!
 

Hey all! I recently bought my first Mercedes, a 2003 C240 and I'm in love! I swear I will never drive anything else ever again. :) I decided to look for a forum with other Benz owners in case I have any questions and alsoto get to know more about my car, learn about other models, learn from experienced owners and just chat with other enthusiasts. Looking forward to seeing what you all have! :)

hey jen thats a sweet car! i was wanting to get a c240 or a c230 and couldnt figure out which one to get. the problem i have is that i want the sedan but i also want the supercaharge.what do u think? thanks

Hey there! I had looked at a 2004 C230 and a 2005 C230 Kompressor before this one, and I definitely feel that I made the right choice. Although the others were "sportier", I feel that my C240 is more solid, and definitely safer/heavier to be driving on the ridiculous snow that we have here in Wisconsin. Thus far we've already gotten over a foot this year, and while I saw lots of other cars in the ditches, my baby kept me safe I haven't slid once. My car is a 4Matic, meaning it's got All-Wheel Drive, and although it took some getting used to since I've only driven Front-Wheel Drive cars, I wouldn't trade it for anything. You can supercharge the engine in the C240 I believe, so you can always modify it and add performance factors. For me, I just want to change a few details like the headlights, I like the separate ones on other models, not these ones since they look like an amoeba or a cell dividing or something...LOL!
