I'm happy to jump on board here and hopefully contribute as much as I learn from this site! I bought my 99 C280 in June of 2004 with only 30k miles on it. I drive alot for my job and have just turned 90k miles. It has been a great car for me. It gets decent gas mileage (26-27 mpg's) and about the biggest expense I've had so far is new tires and brakes. My son loves the car too, and I'm anticipating handing it off to him next spring. I'd love to learn more about this car without paying a mechanic to find out, and hopefully will get some answers here. I've also done some work on the car myself and am willing to share my experiences to date.
