Steve here. New to the forum. Never been a huge car enthusiast but I'm considering buying an older benz like a 280se for mostly weekend and holiday use. People tell me I'm crazy and these things break down all the time and they are a fortune to repair, find spare parts etc.

Can anyone give me some decent unbiasedfeedback before I do the deed ? TIA, Steve

 

Parts are easy to find MB is one of the most part replacement companies out there!

Repairs will be costly if you arent willing to do it yourself!
