HI everyone,

My wife and I have just purchased a 1999 C240 Sport in brilliant silver, full leather, usual sport extras and in overall extremely tidy condition. Two owners and a full service history since new. I'm a real fan of the this body shape.

The only MB dealings I've had is with a mates 190E I maintained for him to keep it rolling (done in excess of 350K). I do all my own maintenance and have rebuilt several bikes and the odd car so am fairly proficient with mechanics. I'm a sparky by trade, but also tend to repair everyone's car electrical issues.

We are keen to keep this car up to scratch as a bit of a toy. I typically ride a 1500cc cruiser around as my main ride so will help keep the MB in good shape.

I'm currently looking about for decent maintenance, service manuals/software etc so I can read up, learn more and be able to deal with issues as they crop up. Any advice on where to get this info would be gratefully accepted.
