Default Cost to replace rear bumper

My car was recently rear ended and I am curious about what a good replacement to the bumper would cost. I need to decide whether or not to get my insurance involved in the matter to pay for it or not. I would prefer not to involve my insurance if the cost is not too much. Any ideas of estimates and/or suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a 2006 E class

Go to www.MercedesPartsSuperstore.com, or www.primepartssuperstore.com for OEM parts. This will give you an indication as to what you will be spending. There may be other websites, but this is the one that I would recommend in the midst of many others which may be available.

Watch out for hidden damage, though. If you take it to the dealership, you know, Mercedes don't fix anything, they replace everything, but the choice is definitely yours.
