Choosing a car
 

I am just starting to look at these cars, looking to buy something sporty and still econmical. I'm thinking the c280 around 1999 is a good choice as it has the newer v-6 and 5 spd auto with nice shifting options. I would look to find a car with under 50,000 miles if possible. I am in western Canada. Any thoughts here for other possible choices in the mercedes line of cars? I do not want a big car,and lean towards sporty. Thanks for any input from those of you who know these cars.
