Hi All!

I am trying to take the air duct off of my GF's 1984 380SL so I can replace the TPS which is buried way down in there. All of the fuel lines are disconnected as well as the vertical linkage rod, the four mounting nuts are off, but only the back end with the fuel distributor will lift up, about .25". I cannot get the front end with the TPS to budge at all. Is there something that I am missing here? None of her manuals show anything about that and there are no videos on YT that I can find. The local stealership can't give me any help either. Do I have to unbolt the top half of the air flow meter and get to something under there?
