I just bought an 05 CDI. When cold it will miss about three times then chug blowing carbon and smoke all over. MB said its the only known case to date and has no information on repair. Anyone out there experience same problem or have suggestions?

 

Doesn't the term "missing" indicate a spark/timing issue with a gasser? How does a diesel miss?
