W170 Rear Bumper Fitment
 

Hi! I'm a long time SLK owner but new to the forum. I have a 1999 SLK230 base and am trying to determine whether the rear bumper from a 2003 SLK Sport will fit without modification. The part number on the newer bumper is 1708850225. Thanks for any clarification that can be provided.
