noise in slk230 front left wheel

chirping sound coming from left front wheel...when car slows down it disappears...car is 2002 slk230...we just bought it and are hearing noises we don't know if we need worry about......thanks very much!!!!!!!!

hey there i have a 99 slk 230 and i had the same problem . its your lower ball joint

Could be almost anything, check your brake pads. Is the noise metal ,rubber,plastic sounding??

noise problem

replaced frt pads ,problem noise is gone.
