new guy here with 200 slk 230

Hello, I'm new to Mercedes benz. just picked up a DIY slk230 LOL. I'm hoping this forum will help me get the fixes done while not totally killing the wallet. I got a 2000 slk 230 170 I believe, has 182000 miles on it but runs like a champ and the car is like new on the outside, inside maybe at 75%.
it passed carfax and autocheck but looks like it may not have been kept up with services. some gaps it the service history. the check engine light is on so I picked up a code reader so I could start this off right.

showing code,, P0105 MAP circuit. I will clean the sensor and see what happens.
FF data for this shows the following:
fuel sys1 CL
fuel sys2 NA
calc load(%) 25.5
ect(F) 174.2
stft b1(%) -1.6
ltft b1(%) 0.8
map(inhg) 29.2
eng rpm 650
veh speed 0

don't know what all this means as I'm just starting to learn this. any input would be great!

next code is
P1519 rh adjustable camshaft timing solenoid(logic chain) no FF data with this code.

I have lots to fix but need to start with the engine/trans first to make sure its going good,
of coarse the roof is not working, can hear motor running in the close position but nothing if you try to open it. at first the switch light was blinking slow but now its blinking fast. both windows still go up and down with double tap!.
anyway looking forword to getting this car fixed up.
thanks

on the top, check pump oil level in the right trunk wheel well panel. maybe the switches above the sun visors. I'd change all three, if you do go in there. ALLDATA - OEM Auto Repair Information for Professionals can help some

thanks for the reply, I did look at the pump oil level and it is right at the low mark. I looked around and did not see any signs of it leaking. it needs to be changed for sure as it is very dark in color. after reading up on the top and fixes for it, It just might be the switches. when I get to the top I will most likely send all the valves out for a rebuild.
thanks for the link, good info..
