Grille Star
 

Due to being run into by some slobbering fool, I had to have my Grille replaced on my '99 230SLK. I replaced the Grille with a new design that had a place to attach the star from my original Grille. One small problem is that the original Star is 140mm and the spot for the new star is 156mm. Is there anyone who knows where to get a star of this size? I am grasping at straws here as I have been unable to locate one anywhere on the net. My car repair guy is also searching and coming up empty. I would appreciate any info at all. Thanks.:confused:

it should have come with the star. I have purchased a couple of these after market grilles and they came with it. contact the outfit you got it from. I got the best service from www.bekkers.com. maybe they may have a star to fit.
