Hi,

I'm new here, and I bought recently a SLK model 98 amercain model, I'm facing a problem with the radio, it always stops on odd stations, like : 104.5 104.7 104.9 I can't tune on 104.4 for example, is there anybody who can help me how to fix this problem?

Hey wadih!! Welcome to the forum!!

You stated this is an American model, so I'll assume you've owned non-US vehicles in the past. The reason you're not tuning on 104.4 is because your car radio does not recieve even decimaled frequencies. The reason for THIS is because the United States does not broadcast on even decimaled frequencies.

You didn't say where you are located, but I'm assuming it's not in the US. The only way around this is to get a non-US radio or a radio for your region of the world.

You are right, I'm not in the US, I'm in Lebanon, sorry for didn't mention that before.

I thought there might be a setting to change it from US mode, I guess I have to buy a Europeen radio.
