Default command system for radio saved stations

OK, I'm probably just not real bright, question is, with command sytsem for the radio, I want to use the steering wheel controls to scan just the "saved stations" but the steering wheel buttons only scan up to the next station, not just bounce to the saved stations, have to touch the buttons on the radio itself to just go to saved stations

Will the system even do what I want ? What do I have to do differently ?

from the multifunction steering wheel menu, try the option "from memory" instead of "frequency".

for 06 slk's it appears this option to select for by memory vs frequency is NOT available

even the local dealer is having trouble finding how to set to memory

does anyone know for sure if this is available for 06 command function ?

Yea, please let me know as well. My dealer says there is nothing they can do since MB took it out as an option on 2006 models. If there is a work around, they dont know.

appears to be no work around, dealer pressed hard to find a fix, seems MB thought
it was best to simplify the electroncs, no doubt they do not understand the U.S. market.
