Can't Find Transmission Drain Plug
I have a 2002 SLK32 AMG that has just hit 30K on the factory transmission oil fill. I would like to change it but cannot find the drain plug. I have changed tranny fluid many times on previous Mercedes vehicles but they all had plugs and easy to get at filters.
Does anyone know how I should go about doing this? I have a lift in my basement but I am not looking forward to loosening the pan bolts to drain it.

normally you would pump it out through the dip stick pipe then remove the pan to replace the filter and then rotate the torque converter to show the plug to drain it too after removing the inspection cover..

OK, thanks. I'm away from home at the moment but will check on the torque converter plug. I cannot recall whether this one has a plug or not. All the other MB's I've owned had one.
I've always changed tranny fluid and filter every 30K and am not about to let this one go further.
