BAS/ASR light
 

I have read several posts about the BAS/ASR light coming on in Mercedes SLK230s, but mine is a little different. Mine comes on and goes off intermittently, however on occasion, my acceleration just stops. Just yesterday, I was driving on the interstate at 80 mph and I could not maintain or accelerate. I had to coast to the emergency lane, turn the car off and back on and it was fine. Any ideas what the problem could be?
