Well I'm a girl, so I need help with my 2006 Slk 280's telephone. How do I activate and use it?

Ask your dealership to do it for you for free. After all, you bought it there. I think it is worth a shot.

Try turning on the phone system and dial "O" see who answeres. That is what I did and it worked for me.
