1999 Slk 230 muffler making noise
 

Hi all
Seem like my muffler is shaking when go over bumps and louder when I turn off the engine. How much does it cost to fix it?

Couple months ago I got hit on the freeway, hit and run on the rainy night. So I just live with the damages. My bumper and left light got broken a bit and dents. The problem is I can not lock my trunk any more. I can close it but not too tight. It opens by itself or just by a little touch. An other problem is that I can not use the convertible button to convert the top any more. Is there any trick to fix this instead of taking it to the body shop because my car it old and I do not want to spend a lot of money on it while I am saving for an other car in a very near future in case this one gone bad.
