'04 SLK 200 Kompressor - Change Headlights...HELP

Hi guys, im new here,

trying to replace the bulbs for my headlamps on the slk stated above. But find it impossible to get my hand behind the light unit to get it out?

any1 know of any quick and easy ways to change the bulbs?
