Default Very slow Drivers side Power Window

Do you guys think the power window motor is going out if the window goes up and down VERY slowly? It seems to go faster if I open the door, so I thought maybe the window track needed lubrication.
Any thoughts?

Just wondering is the car running when this occurs? Also, do you notice the dash lights going dim when opening and closing the window?
