First, thank all of you for the information on repairing the hydraulic leak from the top latch on my 95 SL320. Y'all saved me a lot of money.
Now I have another question that I cannot seem to find anywhere else on the forum. My steering wheel adjusts for and aft just fine but when I try to raise the angle of the steering wheel nothing happens. I'm being optimistic and hoping there may be a seperate fuse. If the wheel adjusts from out to in why doesnt it adjust up and down too?

Did you ever get an answer on your Steering wheel adjustment problem? I also have an steering column adjustment problem with my 91500Sl,, Doesn't move at all, haven't as yet gotten a reply, in fact havent' gotten any replies on my last question on what common problems to look out for when being a new owner to a 91 500 Sl, hope I am posting these questions correctly
