Default SL500 Overheating 2

Guys,,,thank u all,,,well i changed the radiator a month ago,,car actually overheated and water went out ,,,but after i changed the radiator it never happend again,,,and the car was cooll,,,but now i notice that when i dont turn my AC on temp is 85-90 (NORMAL)..But when i turn it on, it goes up to 100-105 maybe...what makes me worry,,is that pressure in the connecting house from the engine to the radiator is high (higher than when its (85-90) and very hot but water doesnt go out cuz of pressure....i use 100% water..but i know the blue coolant which has anti freeze and anti corrosion...but how many liters of water and coolant shall i add? and how do u i know that my heads are damaged or not? thank u very much guys,,,
