Recently inherited a 380SL that is in storage. I think it is a 1982, but have not seen it yet. Wife has expressed concern that car may not have air bags. Can I tell from VIN, some indicator on dash, owner's manual (assuming can find it) - or did all cars after a certain year have them and none before that year? Any help would be appreciated.
