shifter knob
 

2003 sl500 designo package.. knob

the medallion on the shifter paddle popped out and i didnt notice, its gone.
does anyone know where i could get a replacement...its only trim but it looks
crappy with it gone... doesn't have to be oem....just needs to fit.

also if i remove the one screw, to perhaps replace the entire knob... does removing
the single screw turn loose anything else below???
