radio code
I just replaced the battery in my SL 320 and of course, now I need the radio code. Anyone know how to get that w/o paying for it??? And if I have to pay for it, any recommendations on the best company for that??
Thanks in advance. Ed |
call a dealer where your car has been to and give them the vin and they can give you the code....asuming that the radio has not been replaced and maybe now has a differnt code.you might need proof that the radio is yours in order to give out the radio code. they should not charge you for it. or pull out the radio and get the serial number on the radio example the number usually starts with AL get all the numbers available. and then i can get it for you.

Ed,
Assuming you've acquired your radio code from the dealer you can always change it to something easier to remember. Mike |
