R230 Door Lock Issue
 

So I replaced my door window and upon reinstalling everything, I noticed the door lock was not situated quite right. When I lock and unlock, it doesn't raise and lower as much as the passenger side does. I didn't have any issues prior to today, so I assume it's user error somewhere. Video attached showing lock/unlock sequence a few times. Any feedback is appreciated.

the doors do have to be shut before trying to lock door
