Hello guys...thanks for viewing my problem.. i had a crack in my head a year ago..ofcourse back then it was small to notice..but with time i think it got bigger..now the car overheats often ( i dont allow it to go to max) just like at 110-115 i stop the engine till it cools down.. so the most answers i get is to change the engine...because they tell me that fixing cylinder heads is more expensive(no white smoke from the engine AT ALL)...what do i do ??? (1993 500SL) ... and thank u again ...

 

R u losin any coolant,is the head cracked on water jackets or??u need to pressure test it,as in remove and have it pressure tested first....
