Hi. I have a 1987 Mercedes 560sl. I need to find out how to access the wiper arm from motor to the pivot arm. I opened up the blower motor compartment inside the engine compartment. I can see where the wiper motor comes through the firewall and connects to the wiper arm. But I can see how to access the other end where it hooks to the pivot. I've taken out the glove compartment, the radio, and the climate control cluster. No luck. Thanks for your help!

You've done a good job describing what you want to do; could you also explain the problem you're trying to solve...i.e., wiper motor stopped running; motor runs but wiper won't move, etc.
