Hi folks,

I'm not used to working on mercedes. My partner has a 1991 300 sl that I need to do a tune up on and I just don't see where the plugs or wires are. Do I need to jack up the car and remove the cover. (I really feel stupid) I just am confused. I can work on other cars but this one doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Any constructive help would be appreciated.

if you cannot see it on the left side ( ur facing the car ), then it's on the middle.

 

take the black cover off the top center of the engine, and you should hit paydirt.
