everything

first time buyer,1981 380SL no power off the line, up hill. looking for advice help and a goods part place near Maryland. I know alot to ask for the first time but you have to start somewhere so here goes. thank you

Rather a vague question, but I would start by replacing the fuel filter. Could be original?
