Does my 500 SL have a cambelt or chain?

Anyone now if i have a chain or belt driven cam on this motor ?
If it is a belt, how often should it be changed ?

In addition to the chain, also there are chain rail guides, cam and crank chain wheels/sprockets, and chain tensioner, that also are replaced. While I'm not sure when regular maintenance is performed, my guess for new chain and all it's components would be around every 60K miles, and more frequent for single row timing chains such as in the 81-83 380SL. All others, including the 560SL, are double row timing chain.
