My first day home with my newly purchased 2009 SL65, I was going back into my garage with the hydraulic lift on the middle setting, and i still managed to catch the front spoiler on the lip of my garage slab, cracking the black V-shaped lining strip covering the lowest portion of the lower air dam of the spoiler. It appears that this piece is a separate piece that should be easily replaced; at least that is what I am hoping. Can anyone confirm this for me? For sure I will be going into the garage with the car raised to the highest position in the future.
