1993 sl500 head lights-no low beam
 

I have a 1993 SL500 that the low beams do not work. I just purchased from the Dealer two new headlight bulbs and still the same problem, the high beams work fine but no low beams. Visually the wiring looks fine and fuses #13 and #14 are good. Should I be looking for a relay for the headlights and where is it? The car is a creampuff and has been Dealer serviced from new according to the Maint. book with the car and is well cared for, if anyone has had this problem can you point me in the right direction?
