i have a 1982 380SL that has been setting for two years that I am trying to get started
1) drain the fuel tank flushed out with gas
2) new fuel pump and filter
3) then tried to start it.
4) it start then drove it 10 mile to my house it was a little sluggish but started to clear up by the time i got home it was running good then shut it off.
Now it will not start when you turn the key it start then dies. try to start it again it will not start. there is fuel at the carb i take one of the single lines of the top of the fuel distributor and try to start it nothing come out. i do not totally understand. please help
