Would you buy a 2000 S500 Lorinser w/58k for $28k
 

Hi There - I am a new member. Hope to soon be a first time MB owner. I am currently evaluating purchasing a 2000 year S500 w/full Lorinser package(exhaust, bumpers, wheels and chip). It is a 2 owner car, clean title, no prior accidents and has 1 year of extended Starmark warranty remaining. Interior and exterior appears very good, no noticable wear. There also appears to be no initial technical problems as well. If I proceed I will take it for a pre-buy inspection. I would be really interested in your thoughts about this buy. Price too high? Is 2000 a good model year? Are there other S-class model years that you would opt for? Would you steer away from the Lorinser package? Does a Lorinser motor chip pose a reliability problem?
