RE: windows don't go down with remote

The owner's manual has the info to do this task. I subscribe to the DIY maintenance part of www.alldata.com , which also has this info++++. As a refresher, I suggest:
-have the car running and alternator & battery in good condition.
-while in the driver seat, move each window separately to the lowered position using the window switch held in the double dent position down, hold for 5 seconds, release. Wait a few seconds and then hold the switch in the window up position, double dent up, and hold for 5 seconds. Wait a few seconds, test the up and down "express mode up and down" feature. Redo if needed, but if the memory is not quite right, wait a few seconds and move on to the next window. Try not to keep each window switch depressed more than a few seconds when the window has reached the full up or down position. Do all the windows and then give the car a rest for a few minutes and go engine off. Expect the need to do this a few times in repeat to get the memory just right for each window. Objective is not to overheat the switch or the window motor. Give the car a rest between repeats.

I have the same car recharge your battery at least 2 times a year if you dont drive it much. I learned the hard way and bought a new key for $300.
