Wheel Question

This is my first time here. Looks like you have lots of very valuable information.

I purchased my second MB, 2003 S500:

I need to get a set of winter wheels and tires. I found these on CL for a decent price:

The seller stated that they came off of an S420 (doesn't know what year), but I'm not sure if they will fit.

Do you know if these will fit correctly? The only information he had was the 5x112 bolt pattern.

they should with no problem as long there was no upsizing of rotors installed from say an AMG or some other aftermarket.
