1983 mercedes w126 380sec 3.8l v8
Only when driving down hill the car starts to smoke, today when i started the car on the ramps i found major loss of motor oil as it was coming out of the exhaust with smoke, but this only happens if the car is raised from the back while it is running...
if it was worn valve guides it would be smoking all the time, i checked the compression that was good replaced the spark plugs, wires, even the transmission module thinking that could have been it,
but now i know its motor oil, what could be sucking it up into the exhaust only when the rear of the car is elevated the only 2 things i would think is the oil pump, or the pvc valve? but i just see one hose on each valve cover, one going to the intake and the other going to the injectors.
this hose going to the injectors was a little wet, with what looked like oil, should those hoses be dry?
