Hi - I have a 1994 S350D (diesel turbo) where the brakes are not fully engaging like power brakes should, and the engine is not shutting off. The doors seem to lock ok and the car fires up fine. Is this the vacuum pump? How difficult is it to replace this pump? thanks in advance to a guy getting tire of pushing like Fred Flintstone on the brakes!!
