Default V12 Misfire

Hello, I am new here. I have a 2006 S65. It starts and runs fine and drives good using moderate throttle. When i push down harder, I now get a check engine light and some of the cylinders go away.

I ran a diagnostic and got this:

P2050 Misfiring, Damage TWC (P0300) stored
P2052 Misfiring Cylinder 5 Damage to TWC (P0305) current and stored
P2054 Misfiring Cylinder 6 Damage to TWC (P0306) stored

I clear the faults and the car runs normally as before. I have ran it several times, sometimes I get a cylinder 4 fault as well. When I come back it is not firing right for sure, but it clears up when I clear the faults.
The car has 65k miles and has always ran great. I only drive the car 20 miles per week or so.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

I replaced the plugs hoping that was all, but it turned out to be the right coil. I replaced that and the car runs great now.
