You can get glass polish from the car care area of an auto parts store. It will remove most fine to medium scratches by hand application. It's an abrasive so be careful with it.
If you can't find any, go to Zaino and order some Z-12. This is a mild glass abrasive. For a more abrasive polish, go to a body shop supply store and use an electric buffer.
