hello ,so went to a dealer to see this perfect 2002 s500, the 1 question is when i star the car after finish rising it made this noose like psss like a compresor does when ots full and get the rest out,,,,and the other thing is when shut off it will lower like half of inch now it was parked in a driveway with a litle bit of incline not much ,,,,the guy told me that ot was leveling itself ,,,,but not sure is that the case......any help will b apreciate ,,,,since am new woth this type of suspencion

Hello and welcome to the forum! If I'm understanding your question correctly, the S class does have a self-leveling suspension, so that's likely what you saw when the car was on an incline and leveled itself.

Thanks for posting the video - I believe it is the compressor; it does sound a bit loud (unless that was background noise), are you experiencing issues with it or are just asking what the sound is? When you're driving, is the suspension even?

yes the car when driving is even and everything since ok ,no msg in dash ,,,by the way thats is not the car that is just a video of a car i found that does the same sound.......but listen very closely at the end like 2 second before finish that ot makes this sound that is like a releasing air pressure ,,,,

If the car is driving without issue and you have not had any codes thrown, then I would believe that the car is operating normally.
